If you want a less conceptual explanation, I can do that too.
Look at the top part of the signature, the part you can't miss because the image is so huge (I mean there really ought to be limits on this sort of thing). That's the character select screen from Mario Kart 64, with Peach replaced with Drew from the American television series 'The Rugrats'. It fails to amuse anyone but Bertin, and maybe s&a. The only purpose this picture serves is to make the page take longer to load and scroll through.
The part about Falco is just dumb...but bertin wrote it, so why should anyone be surprised?
